Pricing: I offer a sliding scale based on your affordability ranging from £50 to £100 per hour. Please take my affordability quiz below to find your appropriate hourly rate. Sessions with Couples and Bodywork sessions are usually two hours. Coaching sessions with individuals are normally one hour. I see clients on either a fortnightly or monthly basis. Most clients work with me for between 5 and 10 sessions.
