For individuals, here are some of the intimacy and sexuality issues I can help you with. You can get some sense of the breadth and range of my work by checking out my articles here
I am particularly keen to help those who feel that they are sexually inexperienced, or who lack confidence, or who feel a bit disconnected from their sexuality, or who want to feel more pleasure, or who want to explore their erotic nature. Does this ring a bell for you?
We will always go at your pace and everything will be discussed and agreed at the start of the session. I can work with you online, by telephone, in person, or a bespoke combination of these. For example, if you’re based outside Scotland – in London, say – we could arrange a weekend intensive in Glasgow interspersed with Zoom sessions.

My fundamental belief is that our sexuality is a fundamental aspect of our dignity and happiness, but sometimes we all need help to connect or reconnect fully with this essential aspect of our life.
You may have become distanced from your own, unique sexual nature by unhelpful yet widespread ideas of what sex should be like, what you should be experiencing, or negative self judgement, or by the sense that everyone else is having a great time, apart from you. I would like to help you find the most vibrant version of yourself.
I do this work because I believe that sexuality is the greatest source of avoidable pain, and the biggest prize for unclaimed joy.
